The Village of Oak Creek is a Home Owners Association for 25 subdivisions consisting of 2300+ homes.  “The Village” is at the southern gateway to Sedona on State Route 179. It is 7 miles from the I-17 Sedona exit.  Although it is not within the Sedona city limits it does have a Sedona address (86351 Zip).  To confuse matters, homes in that part of Sedona that don’t belong to the VOCA HOA are in Big Park.  Most locals will just refer to everything in the vicinity as the Village of Oak Creek, “the Village” or just VOC. read more
