We don’t get a lot of homes in Sedona with swimming pools. The top reason we don’t have a lot of pools in Sedona is the red rock is close to the surface and expensive to dig.
Sometimes, with the right topography it can be done. You might get lucky and have enough soil/sand above bedrock to allow for a swimming pool. By far, the easiest way is to buy a sedona home that already has a pool.
