Here’s a list of popular Sedona area subdivisions. We’ll break them down for you with amenities. This is by no means a list of all Sedona area subdivisions but it’s a start and includes some of the more popular ones.
Back-O-Beyond Ranch – Located in the “Chapel Area”, this gated luxury homes community has spectacular red rock views of Cathedral Rock and many of the lesser known rock formations. It’s convenient to Oak Creek, trails, mountain biking and climbing.
Canyon Mesa Country Club – Located in the Village of Oak Creek (Sedona), this neighborhood features a 9 hole golf course and Country Club. The Canyon Mesa is a gated community but the gates are open during golfing hours. If you like horses, it’s close to Horse Mesa Ranch.
Casa Contenta – Located in West Sedona off of Soldiers Pass road, this gated luxury home neighborhood offers superior red rock views. It is located close to schools, shopping, dog parks and trails.
Cross Creek Ranch – Located on the Red Rock Loop road and adjacent to Red Rock State Park, Cross Creek Ranch is an oasis along Oak Creek.
Foothills South – Located in West Sedona. Foothills South is a gated community of luxury homes that is a couple blocks from the Sedona ER. The community has great views to the East and across West Sedona.
Highland Estates – Located in the Village of Oak Creek just off Verde Valley School Road. Highland Estates is a gated community.
La Barranca – Located in Village of Oak Creek (Big Park). La Barranca is a luxury home gated community which has two gates on Jacks Canyon Road. La Barranca is away from the hustle and bustle of West Sedona. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area of Big Park.
Les Springs – Les Springs is located on the hill below the airport and across from Mariposa Restaurant. Les Springs is a gated community. It has a pool, fitness area and clubhouse.
Sedona Golf Resort – Located in the Village of Oak Creek and close to the Hilton Hotel. Sedona Golf Resort is a mix of patio style homes and large luxury homes. Homes are generally available on the golf course if that’s what you’re looking for.
Seven Canyons – Seven Canyons is a gated luxury home neighborhood located on the outskirts of Sedona among the Red Rocks. It has superb views, golfing, community pool and a new clubhouse.
